Description: SGI has issued a patch for DCE. This fixes a vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) against the DCE daemon.

NOTE: DCE is an optional product and is not installed by default.
Solution: Apply patches for DCE 1.2.2c.
International version:
Install patch 5313.
Domestic version:
Install both patch 5313 and 5314.
NOTE: For export control reasons the 5314 patch can only be obtained from a SGI support representative.
