Description: A vulnerability has been reported in mpg123, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The problem is that mpg123 continues to read data into a request buffer until a newline ("\n") is encountered when connecting to remote hosts using HTTP and can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions 0.59r and 0.59s.
Solution: Update to version 0.65.
