SGI has issued an update for NFS. This fixes a vulnerability allowing malicious users to bypass "read-only" access restrictions.

Solution:
IRIX 6.5.22 is not vulnerable.

Patches is available:

IRIX 6.5.21m install patch 5317
IRIX 6.5.21f install patch 5318

For other versions SGI recommend that you upgrade to 6.5.22
