Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in pam_ldap, which potentially allows malicious people to bypass certain host-based access restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in "pam_filter", which allows users to log into a vulnerable system even though they have been restricted.

The vulnerability is reported in version 1.6.1.

Solution:
Update to version 1.6.2 or later:
