Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in akpop3d, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the authentication code. The problem is that user input supplied as usernames aren't sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited by a malicious person to disclose various sensitive database content by supplying specially crafted input.

Reportedly, successful exploitation requires that a valid password is known.

Update to version 0.7.6:
