Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in Oracle E-Business and Oracle Applications allowing malicious people to gain system access.

The problem is an uncontrolled buffer in the CGI program "FNDWRR.exe" which potentially could be exploited via HTTP to execute arbitrary code on the system.
