Description: A vulnerability has been identified in Coda File System, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) on certain programs.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of RPC2 packets. This can be exploited to crash any program using the RPC2 library by sending a specially crafted packet to the service.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 6.0.1. However, prior versions may also be affected.
