Description: A vulnerability has been identified in SurfControl Web Filter allowing malicious people to conduct directory traversals.
This problem is the same as the one reported for SurfControl Web Filter last year:

However, this problem also affects the Web Filter plugin for Microsoft ISA Server.
Solution: Upgrade to version 5.0 or later.
