Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in Methodus FTP Server, which allows malicious users to conduct directory traversals.

The problem is that the "CD" command doesn't validate the character sequences: "../" and "//..".

The vulnerability has been reported to affect version 3 build 9 and prior.

Solution:
Make sure that only trusted users have access to the FTP service.
