Description: A vulnerability has been identified in Webstores 2000 allowing malicious people to inject arbitrary SQL code.
The problem is that "browse_item_details.asp" doesn't verify the parameter "Item_ID". By supplying "'';" followed by an SQL query, it is possible to execute arbitrary SQL queries.
Depending on your SQL server security this could possibly be exploited to gain system access.
Solution: There is no vendor supplied solution.
You may implement a firewall or proxy server with URL filtering capabilities to filter requests containing malicious characters.
