Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in Forum Web Server allowing malicious, local users to see all usernames and passwords.

The problem is that all usernames and passwords are stored in the plain text file "User.ini".

Also usernames and passwords are stored in plain text in cookies. While this is not a vulnerability, it is considered bad security practise.

This has been confirmed in version 1.60. However, other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Grant only trusted users access to systems running Forum Web Server.
