Description: A vulnerability identified in Ximian Evolution can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) on Evolution.
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in GtkHTML, which causes Evolution to crash when trying to render certain HTML documents. A malicious person can exploit this by sending a specially crafted, HTML based email to a user.
Versions prior to 1.2.4 are reportedly vulnerable.
Solution: Update to version 1.2.4.
