Description:
João Antunes has reported a vulnerability in hMailServer, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the IMAP server and can be exploited to cause a crash via an overly large number of IMAP commands.

The vulnerability is reported in version 4.4.1. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Fixed in development version 4.4.2 (build 279).
