Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Yelp, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a format string error when reporting an invalid URI to the user. This can be exploited by tricking the user into e.g. opening a specially crafted URI containing format string specifiers.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is reported in version 2.23.1. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Do not open untrusted links using Yelp.

Fixed in the SVN repository.
