Description:
A security issue has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The problem is caused due to the Microsoft Speech API potentially allowing execution of arbitrary commands if a specially crafted audio file issuing voice commands is played via Internet Explorer while the Speech Recognition feature is enabled.
