Description: Bernhard R. Link has reported a vulnerability in GForge, which can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to an input sanitation error in plugins/scmcvs/www/cvsweb.php when calling the CVSWeb CGI. This can be exploited to inject and execute arbitrary shell commands via specially crafted URLs.
The vulnerability is reported in version 4.5.16. Other versions may also be affected.
