Description:
Georgi Guninski has reported a vulnerability in OpenBSD, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) on a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of IPv6 traffic. This can be exploited to crash an affected system by setting a small IPv6 MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) and then connecting to an open port.

Versions 3.3 and 3.4 are vulnerable. Prior versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Apply patches.
