Description:
Sun has issued updated packages for glibc. These fix a vulnerability allowing malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial og Service).

This affects the getifaddrs function in glibc and can be exploited by spoofing messages sent to the kernel netlink interface, which may potentially crash applications using this function.
