Description: A vulnerability has been identified in dbmail allowing malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
The problem is that various parameters such as username and password aren't properly verified in the IMAP service. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by inserting arbitrary SQL code and may possibly allow bypassing authentication or changing passwords.
The vulnerability affects version 1.1 and possibly earlier versions.
